Minnan Aquatic Development Co.,ltd.jinjiang city was established in 1992.It is located in longhu town,jinjiang city,Fujian province of CHINA.It is in the vicinity of southern fujian coast ,and xiamen port is only 100kms to the south of it .Its transportation is very convenient and aquatic resources are available in abundance.The company is a hongkong solely-funded enterprise that is specialized in seafood processing,refrigerating freezing and marketing industry.Its fix assets total RMB30 million yuan, covering an area of 16650 square meters,possessing 6 independent seafood processing workshops, which total 7000 square meters.Its freezing room of 500 square meters is able to quickly-freeze 60 tons products per time.The storage capability of the cold store is up to 10,000 tons.Its ice-making ability is 40 tons per day. Its yearly processing quantity of seafood products is more than 15,ooo tons.
The company has advanced processing equipments.It has not only an advanced I.Q.F.fast-freezing line(0.45ton/hr),two large flat fast freezers,ultraviolet water disinfection treatment system,ozone air disinfection system,but also metal detector,vacuum packing-machine,mixing-machine,ice-flaking machine,peeling machine,steam boiler,electricity generator and so on .The company owns 3 freezing vessels that purchase and process raw material in the ocean to keep freshness.
